"Here is a good document of a live show by my 1997-1998 Athens band Maladroid, featuring Josh Brown on drums, Ian Mykel on bass (mostly) and me, Robert Rial on guitar and vocals. One cool thing about this recording is that it showcases Ian Mykel's songwriting skills. Several of the songs in our sets were his, including Peaceful Slumber, Forever Stray, Teenage Bride Of the Mexican Mummy Monster (from outer space), and The Statement of Placement. Of course, my own classics"Star Destroyer" and "Automaton" and my instrumental "Deus Ex Machina" are great too, and a rousing chorus of my Irish drinking song "Thirsty Tonight" featuring back up by the audience.
